EUROPEAN SHIPPING:
ORDERS OVER €60 in value - 'Signed For' Secure delivery : €6, For order over €100 - €3, And FREE for over €150.
Delivery in the Netherlands just €3 for Aangatekend post. And for order over €80 - free
ORDERS UNDER €60 in value :
'Signed For' Secure European Delivery : €8 - Expected delivery time 3-5 days.
Delivery in the Netherlands - €6 for Aangatekend post.
There is also Priority Mail option for just €4
OUTSIDE EUROPE:
Orders under €60 postage is €10 for Recorded Post, Over €60 - €8, over €100 - €3, over €150 - free.

Orders are shipped in plain packaging for maximum discretion and security.

If for any reason you are unhappy with you purchase you can return it to us within 14 days for an exchange or full refund*.
*We do not refund money for Underwear articles. But we can exchange for other sizes or models.
*The Postage costs will not be refunded. - NL - €6, Europe - €10, Rest of the World - €12.
How do I return an item?
Unsuitable items may be refunded or exchanged. Please first contact our customer service department at
info@artembodywear.com before making any returns.
Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
All items must be returned with their original delivery note in order for us to issue a full refund for the value of the goods. Refunds will only be credited to the original payment method used and does not include any shipping or handling costs.
It is advisable to send all returned items by a secure signed for service. Any returned items must be insured for the full amount of the sum paid and signed for on delivery. Please keep your proof of postage certificate, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
Where should I send returns to?
A RETURN Shipping Label is on your delivery note which you should use when returning your item.
All returns must be returned to Artem Bodywear, Reguliersdwarsstraat 39, 1017BK, Amsterdam, Netherlands.
When will I receive my refund?
If you wish to receive a refund we will re-credit the original purchaser's credit card for the sum paid within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. Card refunds may take up to 4 working days for your bank to complete once we have processed your return.
